Before the worldwide release of the upcoming Virtual reality game for the Meta Quest 2 and PICO 4, the devs at Maze Theory released a brand new trailer showcasing the new gangs, rival factions, and a fresh story based on Netflix’s acclaimed television show Peaky Blinders. This upcoming VR game offers an immersive mission with the men of Shelbys.

Peaky Blinders: The King’s Ransom is a VR game developed by Maze Theory. This game offers the players a mission that will offer a fresh new viewpoint and perspective to the narrative based on the show. The latest trailer gives a taste of what fans could expect from this interactive VR game. 

New things showcased in Peaky Blinders: The King’s Ransom Trailer 

Ever since the release of the Netflix show, fans have only dreamed of being in the world of Peaky Blinders and joining the Shelby Family Business. But with the new VR game by Maze Theory, fans will finally live their dream and venture onto a gun-blazing, heart-pounding adventure with Tommy Shelby and his men.

In the new trailer released on February 1st, 2023, Maze Theory teased brand new gangs and rivals for Tommy and his crew. These rivals include a politically motivated gang called the Winter’s Children. They challenge every move the Peaky Blinders make and the brotherhood of London’s Chinese community called the Tong, who are fiercely protective of their turf. 

There also have been new characters revealed in the trailer who are expected to be significant for the progression of the plot. Both Winter’s Children and Tong will be the primary focus of their respective stories. It will let the players experience the Gritty world of Peaky Blinders. 

• Winter’s Children–They self-proclaimed fighters and protectors of the working class. They see Shelby and his crew as bourgeois oppressors. They have many supporters among the common populace of London.
• The Tong–A fierce group of Chinese immigrants and natives who are highly protective of their turf, Limehouse. We can consider them the Peaky Blinders of Limehouse. 
• Feng–The leader of the Tong. He is parallel to Tommy. Just like the leader of the Peaky Blinders, Feng is also a ruthless gangster. He leads with fear and constantly needs to be respected. 
• Lily–Feng’s fiancee and partner in crime. She is a mysterious individual who pulls the string behind the shades. She is the shadow leader of the Tong.
