Given the nature of their personality, neither Nickmercs nor Dr. Disrespect are known to let go of things quietly. Both of them are known for being outspoken in the gaming community, a fact that regularity spices their live streams up.
Naturally, there will be a hell of a lot of drama and bitter comments from both sides. With this in mind, recently, popular Twitch streamer and co-owner of FaZe clan, Nickmercs hilariously mocked Dr. Disrespect’s loyal fans.

To put it simply, the Twitch sensation fired shots at Dr. Disrespect’s loyal fanbase, calling them “literal cyborgs.”
The feud between Nickmercs and Dr. Disrespect might get out of hand
In his recent stream, Nickmercs took a hilarious dig at Dr. Disrespects fans by saying, “Doc fans are something else, man. Those are those are the most interesting fuck*** fans, bro. Oh my god. I gave him my tweets every now and then because Doc and me will go back and forth and we’re like clearly joking but they’re all like ‘oh my god dude he would never step to the back-to-back cobra skin python f****** anaconda guy man, yeah.”‘

Nickmercs continued, “‘You know six-eight black steel mustache would never lose a fight to anything but could probably take a bear in a fight man.’ It’s like Jesus christ bro. No shot, there’s no way these are real humans. Cyborgs, man, literally.”
While Nickmercs has been ruling the purple platform with his entertaining Apex Legend streams, Dr. Disrespect is tearing it up on YouTube with his entertaining content. At the time of writing, Dr. Disrespect hasn’t replied to Nickmercs’ video yet. However, it will be pretty interesting to see what Doc has to say about Nickmercs calling his fans cyborgs.
Well, given the nature of their relationship right now, the comeback could involve Doc making fun of Nickmercs’ fans.
