A new investment company set up focusing on leading talents

Recently, Variety informed the public about the formation of a new investment company by the name Night Capital. Moreover, it’s a joint venture of Peter Chernin’s Chernin Group and digital talent-management and media firm Night Inc.

As reported by Variety, the companies announced that Night Capital is focused on acquiring majority interests in “consumer-facing companies in partnership with leading talent.” Moreover, the companies said that they deem to collaborate with creators who “will be key partners in driving the strategic vision and future business growth.”
