When you hear “MrBeast“, you automatically imagine something absolutely over the top. Jimmy and his friends’ extravagant stunts have become the stuff of legend across the cyber world. From buying entire houses for fans to giving away millions of dollars in Minecraft challenges, Beast’s activities have garnered him the title of “YouTube’s biggest philanthropist“.

In his recent episode, Jimmy put almost one hundred grand on the line for some experiment that also involved thousands of pounds of TNT! As a challenge to a fan to see if good barriers can protect the money from an explosion, more giveaways were on the table as usual. MrBeast’s latest experiment also yielded significant results.

MrBeast always goes for the spectacle

MrBeast’s fans are fairly used to his stunning content that can go beyond the wildest imaginations. Jimmy also often reaches out to some of the most famous faces from across industries to participate in his videos. From Tom Brady to PewDiePie to Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, many celebs have taken part in MrBeast’s content, often for charitable causes.

MrBeast also is extremely popular for including fans in his videos for challenges where participants can win big money by completing challenges. MrBeast once set up a whole chocolate factory, Willie Wonka style, where he made fans’ dreams of roaming around in a gigantic chocolate land come true. In a recent video, MrBeast once again flexed his creative abilities and gave one fan a chance of winning almost one hundred grand.

Save the money, keep the money

In a video uploaded on July 9, MrBeast challenged one fan, Will, to device a protective barrier around a pile of money that is surrounded by thousands of pounds of TNT. Beast told Will that if he can set up a protective barrier around the money well enough for it to survive the TNT explosion, he gets to keep whatever amount survives.

Seemingly easy, right? Wrong! The destructive power of all that TNT made will plan for days so that he could save all he could. Finally, after one week and employing professionals, Will managed to put up two cinder block walls around the money with mattresses in between the walls. Inside and outside of the wall thousands of gallons of water stood as an additional safety measure.

Furthermore, a pile of dirt covered the entire thing. As the TNT blew, Will still didn’t seem confident enough that his money would survive the fire. After a few tense moments, it was discovered that around $95,000 survived and Will couldn’t hold back his smile.
