As the year is edging to its end, a grand chapter in the epic saga of Fortnite unfolds. Recently, the global multiplayer FPS phenomenon has revealed Chapter 4 of its story. On the console trailer for Nintendo Switch, Fortnite has given a tease about all the new faces joining the Battlebus. These include some of the most iconic and famous gaming characters of all time. 

Fortnite is a massive online FPS video game, developed by Epic games. It is one of the most unique battle royale games in the industry. With its cartoony visuals and references to modern memes and popular characters from various media, Fortnite is a game that is loved by gamers of all ages. 

Many renowned personalities and celebrities, such as Dwayne “the Rock” Johnson, Travis Scott, Ariana Grande, and more, have already made their debut in the game. With the release of the latest chapter, the character roster is getting more crazy as even the king of YouTube, MrBeast joins the game. But he is not alone. Many iconic characters from various games, movies, and anime are also going to hop in the Battlebus.

New character skins available in the Chapter 4 Battle Pass of Fortnite

So far Epic games have revealed that there will be eight new skins coming in the new Chapter 4 Season 1 Battle Pass. These eight new skins are: 

• Selene skin
• Massai skin
• Doom Slayer skin (from Doom)
• Dusty skin
• Nezumi skin
• Helsie skin
• The Ageless skin
• Geralt of Rivia skin (from The Witcher)

Players can unlock all of these skins by advancing in the Battle Pass, leveling up by earning Battle Stars. The last skin of the tree, Geralt of Rivia from the Witcher franchise, will be the ‘Secret Skin’ equivalent of the season. This means players have to grind in a set number of quests to unlock this skin. Each of these skins has alternate styles to upgrade and custom gear.

But that’s not it. In the recently launched trailer for the Nintendo Switch version of the game, it has been teased that many more characters will be joining in by the end of the chapter. Among these, one of the most anticipated is undoubtedly the iconic Protagonist of My Hero Academia anime, Deku.

According to the description of the official trailer on YouTube, many fresh additions will be launched in the gameplay aspect. The description says, “ride a dirt bike, roll in a snowball, launch yourself with the Shockwave Hammer, and hurdle over obstacles. Power yourself up with Reality Augments and claim territory for your squad, leaving behind Banners to declare what’s yours. And of course, venture with newly-forged weapons.”
