Mysterious Pokemon Scarlet and Violet Images Leaves Avid Fans Giddy With Excitement

But it was proven wrong as now it is officially announced that the brand new Pokemon will be known as “Grafaiai”. Fans, although hyped by this announcement, soon got confused when the Japanese Twitter account for the game announced that the mysterious Pokemon will be called “Tuggingle”.

Fans give their thoughts on the new mysterious creature

The most common speculation that came to highlight was an evolved Aipom. This is because fans think that the hands-like features on its tail can get evolved into a much more advanced one to start to draw graffiti on trees. Along with this, Aipom is also a sneaky Pokemon which is very close to the type that the mysterious Pokemon is hinted at.

One wild guess that fans are having is the name itself which is “Grafaiai”. As AiAi, which was the name of the monkey from the superhit Nintendo game, Super Monkey Ball turned into a Graffiti artist. This can be a stretch as of now, but who knows, maybe Nintendo planned for this. Apart from this, some thought AiAi can actually be an Aye-aye which is also a sneaky animal in real life and is native to Madagascar.

Yet this was not over, as fans started to notice that the images had some shadow-like figure hiding in the background. This was so electrifying for fans that they couldn’t wait but speculate even further, saying they are sure it’s a shadow of Aipom.
