It came in an oversized cardboard box and featured the main game case along with a Nintendo GameBoy Advance transfer cable. Not just that, it even included its own red and blue memory card, matching the color to Ruby and Sapphire.
Speaking of the big reason why this game was so expensive at $2,000, was because Pokemon Box isn’t exactly a game. It’s technically a storage device in which players can store up to 1,500 Pokemon. They can then use the Pokemon to trade them across the GameBoy Advance. All things considered, it’s hard to say that any regular gaming enthusiast will try to purchase this title if they are tight on budget.
