Nintendo is one of the most popular and loved video gaming companies in the world. But the majority of the fans don’t really know the history of this ever-growing company. Nintendo first started as a company that used to make playing cards way back in 1889 in Kyoto, Japan. It was founded by none other than Fusajiro Yamauchi.

And now this very first building that served as a Nintendo headquarters for all these years has been turned into an exquisite hotel so that fans can actually enjoy the amazing journey of Nintendo to the top. Situated near the widely popular Kamo river, the luxury hotel is located just four-minute from Nano Joe station and a walking distance of Kyoto distance.

The building will offer 18 rooms with all the classic yet fun details from the original headquarters. That means visitors can expect a lot of elements from Nintendo. However, more interestingly, out of these 18 beautifully detailed rooms, 7 will be luxury suites. Along with the beautiful exterior of the building, they have kept the majority of the interior and other stuff from the original headquarters intact to give the hotel a magical touch of Nintendo.
