Nintendo has a habit of dropping exciting surprises for the fans. And this time, players of Monster Hunter Rise are in for a massive treat ahead of the awaited debut of a new DLC.

The Mario maker has been known to offer special pro controllers for some of the most popular Nintendo Switch titles. And Monster Hunter Rise falls within the line-up of such games. Hence, players of the hit title will have a new pro controller based on the game itself, which can be termed as exclusive, to say the least.

Monster Hunter Rise Sunbreak to offer a new Pro controller for Nintendo Switch fans

For those uninitiated about the game, somehow, Monster Hunter Rise is an action RPG from Capcom. Although it’s a third-party offering for the Switch, the title has swayed the players since its initial launch in March 2021.

It’s the sixth main installment in the Monster Hunter franchise and brings new mechanics and gameplay features as well.

Earlier this year, the makers of Monster Hunter Rise announced a huge expansion in the form of Sunbreak DLC. It’s set to come out next month at the end of June. Players will witness an even better experience with improved performance. Moreover, there will be new locales to explore as well, along with fresh characters and monsters, of course.

While the DLC’s release was already a big reason to be hyped for the players, they just received another perk from Nintendo. And it’s the new pro controller for Monster Hunter Rise. Well, the game did get a dedicated controller in the past, this will be the second one for the blockbuster title.

After the base game saw a Gold version, this time there be will a Malzeno version, which will be simply a Silver edition. What’s interesting about the pro controller is that it imbibes the title’s essence with the stunning art of different creatures and characters.

Speaking of its time of arrival, Monster Hunter Rise Sunbreak will make its way on June 30, 2022.
