According to a Nintendo scooper, who keeps track of its games, Mario Kart Tour brings a lot of improvements with the update 2.12.0. It will surely add to the pleasurable experience that many of the users generally have while playing it.
Mii, Loading Screen changes, new map objects, and much more in Nintendo’s Mario Kart Tour update!
Mario Kart Tour is an iOS and Android racing game. It was launched in 2019 by publisher Nintendo. The title’s official announcement was made a year before its eventual release.
Mario Kart Tour consists of downloadable themed tours having various cups. Each of them has three courses and one bonus quest.
Apart from the courses already present in the series, the racing title also has courses located in other cities. They are the New York City, Paris, Tokyo, Vancouver, London, Singapore, Sydney, Los Angeles, and Berlin.
Nintendo’s Mario game features the traditional gameplay that requires players to finish the race first. All this is based on a point system, with the players getting four types of speed options.

Talking about its latest update, then according to the Twitter page Mario Kart (Tour) News, the patch 2.12.0 includes key additions.

The update has Mii drivers and racing suits, along with increased level cap for the following: drivers, gliders, kart, and other bonus point items. Again, players can achieve different kinds of Mii Racing Suits now.
And yes, the Sky Tour has also begun with update 2.12.0, going by the datamined news of the Twitter page. There are new map objects, changes in loading screen, and modification in Team Coin texture.
