When it comes to criticism, one of the biggest flaws in the game according to the players was the connectivity issue in the multiplayer. Some of the players have also criticised the game for not having ‘Turf Wars,’ in the ranked modes. The ranked modes like ‘Make it rain,’ and ‘Tower Control,’ are very fun to play but players also want the vanilla ‘Turf wars’ in the ranked mode too. According to them, the ‘Turf Wars’ is the mode that represents Splatoon and it should be added to the ranked modes.

What are the bright sides?

Albeit the game has some undeniable issues, overall it’s a fantastic game worthy of being an original title for the Switch. From massive boss frights to great multiplayer raid modes like “Salmon Run,” alone makes the game worth the price tag. But that’s not it. There are also offline campaign modes, a plethora of weapon choices, co-op modes, online player lockers, and beyond. To sum it up, Splatoon 3 is the complete package.
