The latest update to the Nintendo Switch Online and Switch device has brought forward a number of amazing features. The Japanese studio has now added an elaborate new way for gamers to collect and gain the profile picture of any villager that they like from Animal Crossing; New Horizons. Moreover, players can also pick up background images, profile frames, and more in the same manner.

All they have to do is collect special platinum coins from the shop by making a purchase to earn these coins or complete various achievements. Each photo of a particular villager will cost around 10-20 coins, which you use as your profile picture.

However, the studio has added another intricate stipulation that needs to be met before you can make the purchase. You must have a subscription to the online service, and each month only those villagers will turn up, whose birth dates fall on the same month.

As the studio is preparing to update the catalog in a couple of days, after which players will find the right set of villagers, new background images and frames taking over.
