He is none other than designer Masahiro Sakurai.

The director has been known for extensive effort in making Kirby and Super Smash Bros. immensely famous across the globe. After contributing with his work at Nintendo, however, Mr. Sakurai has now taken a new approach to spread more gaming knowledge to the fans. YouTube is his catalyst these days on which he made his debut barely a month ago.

But it looks like the designer has succeeded as a content creator already on the streaming platform!

Masahiro Sakurai announced his YouTube channel’s debut in August while coming up with really engaging videos. Basically, he creates insightful clips on the making of games and other relevant aspects related to them.

The man shared the news himself on his official Twitter account. He showed off his YouTube Play Button that he received for completing the milestone. In his tweet (translated from Japanese), Mr. Sakurai wrote “quick!!!!” Simply put, he was shocked to see that his channel has managed to create such a buzz among the fans.

All things considered, it’s a massive achievement for the Nintendo designer. His newfound success on YouTube will surely motivate him to come up with even more interesting clips to make the viewers learn about video games.

Meanwhile, talking about what’s Nintendo up to these days, then the Mario maker is currently preparing for the reveal of its next batch of awaited projects. As per the rumors, there’s a massive Direct event coming up this month. Many scoopers have been speculating about it but the Japanese giant is yet to officially announce anything.
