While their answers came off as a shock, it was quite ironic that the cast did not mention their own ‘series’ video game. Nevertheless, fans were happy to learn about the lives of their favorites off-screen, feeling lucky they played similar games.

Steven, Norman, and Danai talk about how they got into the show

When the interviewer asked Steven about how he hoped on to the show, he stunned fans with his answer. Apparently, Steven was in search of a job when he landed this opportunity. He then quickly accepted the deal, spending most of his time working on the set for the iconic series. On the other hand, the producers cast Norman after he worked on a few pilot episodes and performed multiple scripts.

Lastly, Danai had to work her way through episodes as she moved to Georgia after a break from her writing. At the time, her play was in troubled waters, leading her to look for better opportunities. So, she just wagoned to the Walking Dead set and gave the audition. And Voila! she was on board.
