Valorant agents are always a subjective topic, depending on person to person. Creating new agents is also a trial-and-error task for Riot Games, as sometimes fans might not like the new agents. A recent example of that would be Deadlock, as it failed to entice the fans along with the pro players.

On the other hand, there are some agents that have made their place in the heart of Valorant players. Agents like Jett, Raze, and Viper have become easy choices for the matches. Recently, OfflineTV member QuarterJade came forward to disregard an agent, which is a personal favorite of a Hollywood star.

QuarterJade does not like this Valorant agent

In a recent tweet by QuarterJade, she shared her dislike for KAY/O, an Initiator agent in Valorant. According to her, the sound effects for the agent are not pleasant. She compared the sound effects on KAY/O to “nails on a chalkboard”. Furthermore, she claimed this issue has made the agent unplayable for her.

The OfflineTV member, however, likes to use agents like Omen, a Controller agent, and Jett, a Duelist agent. Furthermore, her partner, Masayoshi also likes to use another Duelist agent, Raze. While the OfflineTV member dislikes using KAY/O in matches, a Hollywood star actually is a KAY/O main.

Recently, Ben Affleck attended the Valorant Champions 2023 final. During the pre-game interview, Affleck came forward to be a KAY/O main while also using Raze sometimes for matches.

With two contrasting opinions coming from two big influencers, a debate is bound to occur among their fans. And they have taken to X to share their opinions about whether they will use KAY/O.

Multiple fans have come forward to talk in support of the OfflineTV member. They are urging Riot Games to fix the unbearable sound effects used in KAY/O.

A fan felt relieved that there are other people out there who hate that sound too.

On the other hand, some fans are in support of the Initiator agent.

And some fans even love its sound effects.

While fans have split up their take on KAY/O, the majority of them agree that Riot Games should tone down the sound effects of all the agents. Looking at the growing demand from the community, Riot Games can bring forth these changes really soon. However, they have yet to comment on this issue.
