For more than 10 years, the question that knocked the minds of every Grand Theft Auto fan is, when will GTA 6 come out? There are a lot of speculations regarding Rockstar’s much-anticipated product. In the latter half of 2022, there were leaks of the GTA 6 gameplay as well.
These pointed towards GTA 6 having a female protagonist, breaking away from the current system that Rockstar is following. But all these are rumors and no official statement was given by the company. Now yet another video has the GTA fandom excited.

GTA 6 rumors are exciting the fans
A recent video that has surfaced on Twitter has made fans excited. The video is just an animation of the Rockstar Logo, which players normally see when they load up Rockstar games. Amidst the rumors of GTA 6 coming in 2023, this short video has spurred some fans to believe that it’s from the new Grand Theft Auto game.

But, as the tweet started garnering much limelight, the author himself replied to his own tweet that it was not a hint at the GTA 6 game. This disappointed the fans.

This video may be an indication of some upcoming DLC in the game. Rockstar tends to bring teasers and trailers for their GTA online DLC, and this might be just one of them.
Can we expect the new Rockstar installment soon?
According to a report from Bloomberg, GTA 6 is at least two years away. But the fans can expect a trailer for the game soon. But everything is under a smoke of clouds right now as Rockstar is not indicating their upcoming mega project.

Speculations suggest that this new franchise will feature a Latina female protagonist. This would be an amazing turn of view for the GTA franchise. More rumors suggest the game has dual protagonists.

GTA V also had this feature where players could choose between Franklin, Michael, and Trevor. But, rumors suggest that this time around, Rockstar is trying to make the multi-character system more unique.
But as for now, there has been no official confirmation from Rockstar’s side about the release of this big AAA project. Meanwhile, GTA fans can play the recently released Drug Wars DLC in GTA online or have some reruns at some of the exciting heists in the game.
