IShowSpeed has earned a name in the streaming community by doing some hilarious pranks on his channel. However, sometimes a prank can get really wrong if proper precaution is not taken. One thing to keep in mind though is, most of the things that a prankster does are mostly a prank, and nothing more. Thus, when IShowSpeed eats a “venomous black scorpion” it is to be kept in mind that he did that on purpose and not because of any bet or challenge.
With the 17-year-old prankster making the headlines almost every day, it is not surprising that his fanbase is still surprised by his pranks.

IShowSpeed eats a Black Scorpion and calls a fake 911 to prank his fans
In a recent stream titled, “iSHowSpeed Eats A Lethal Black Scorpion & Almost Dies *COPS CALLED*”, Speed almost pranked his fans and the emergency services when he called them saying that he ate a venomous black scorpion, that he “smuggled from Pakistan”.

He said in his stream, “all right bro. The black venomous scorpion. Ten percent chance of dying. From Pakistan. This is Speed, and I am about to eat this black scorpion.” However, after this, he first ate a banana to help him swallow the arachnids, and then when he chewed on the Scorpion he was shocked by its taste.
Although Speed was okay within the first few minutes of the incident, he was seen panicking and even called 911.

He was lying all along
The “911” that he called initially said that they can send help to him. However, he confirmed he was “okay”. But the second time when he called 911 towards the end of his stream, it was only then his viewers realized he was pranking them all along. In between, he did call some emergency services, including hospitals and veterinarians, to ask if he will be okay after eating the scorpion.

The most fun part about this was that Speed was lying all along as the black scorpion that he ate has zero to no effects on the human body unless it stings someone. Since he didn’t eat the sting, he was fine all along. The only thing that can’t be vouched for is its taste. Also, since iShowSpeed was pranking all the way, he was also shouting things like “I need to call the police deadas*, I need to call the police” and “Ma’am, I just ate this scorpion. I just want to know if I am going to be okay or not,” trying to make things even more intense for his viewers. Therefore, it was clearly a case of mass pranking, which iShowSpeed has mastered the art of.

He later dialed 911 again after talking to a vet. However, he was trying to prank his fans as the cops that he called were actually his friends helping him with the joke.
