The games in these tall boxy systems became fan favorites and cult classics. A nostalgic gamer cannot forget playing Pac-Man on an arcade machine while trying to beat their own high score.

The popular vintage game has undergone countless transitions of mediums throughout all these years. Yet, it still has that special place in many people’s hearts. Now, LEGO, the popular toy producer, has stepped in to give Pac-Man a stylish new setting.

LEGO Pac-Man arcade is the talk of the town

Just like Vintage arcade games, LEGO is also an adored item. One aspect that many people love about these brick-styled toys is their insane collaborations. They don’t seem to restrict their reach, and this has resulted in fruitful partnerships with major studios like DC. We also got to see them pairing up with gaming giants like Nintendo to bring Super Mario Mighty Bowser. This time they have paired with Bandai Namco Entertainment to bring a freshly stylized Pac-Man game.

To commemorate Pac-Man’s 43rd anniversary, LEGO is bringing a miniature arcade which surely is quite magnificent. The arcade cabinet is 12.5 inches tall and resembles the vintage style. Unlike the original machine, this particular arcade is made up of 2,650 LEGO pieces. There is a coin slot as well, to mimic the aesthetic and provide authenticity.

Clyde and Blinky join Pac-Man as an ornament that is present on top of the machine. Now coming to the game itself. This LEGO arcade enables individuals to experience the Pac-Man chase with the assistance of a hand crank. People can use it to navigate through the maze.

We all know how expensive arcades are. The average cost of an actual arcade is between $400 – $500! But this new product by LEGO is priced at $269.99, nearly half of the average arcade price.

The new collaboration has excited the fans, who are eagerly waiting for its release

This product will be available for purchase from June 1 for VIP members and June 4 for all. Though there is more than a week of waiting, fans are eager to get their hands on the product.

Fans greeted the official announcement by LEGO with a warm welcome. Without even experiencing it, they are pretty sure this would be one of the most celebrated products.
