The rarest Yu-Gi-Oh! card’s story

In 2002, Tyler Gressle was diagnosed with a rare form of liver cancer. He received a wish and chose to have his own card in the game. The team from Make-a-Wish and 4Kids made this card a reality. The card was designed by the late Kazuki Takahashi, Yu-Gi-Oh! creator, and Gressle together. Gressle sent a preliminary design to Takahashi who in turn gave two concept artwork back. Gressle selected one of the two designs to be made in the rarest card.
