However, this brand’s quick rise to fame has also got it under the microscope. US Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer recently asked the FDA to look into the hydration brand. In response, KSI and Logan Paul’s brand has issued an official statement, stating their standing in the FDA investigation.

In a statement to ComicBook, PRIME asked the authorities to know the distinction between PRIME Hydration and PRIME Energy. The statement read, “We started PRIME last year with the launch of Hydration, a healthier sports drink alternative that comes in a bottle.” On the other hand, PRIME Energy, their energy drink alternative, dropped in 2023. This version is sold in a can and has a significant amount of caffeine. However, the statement added the amounts of caffeine falls well within the FDA guidelines.

The real entity in question, for now, is the energy drinks of the brand. However, KSI and Logan Paul’s brand added that their energy drinks fall under the FDA guidelines. Furthermore, the energy drink is made for people over the age of 18 due to its caffeine levels. This fact is present in the packaging too. The brand has shown a brave front and welcomes the FDA investigation.

Recently, KSI and Logan Paul signed the official hydration sponsorship deal with FC Barcelona. They already are a partner of Arsenal FC and UFC. Furthermore, they also have a joint marketing agreement with LA Dodgers. The increase in brand awareness and sponsorships is all due to the tireless efforts of KSI and Logan Paul.
