Paris Hilton starts an exciting venture into the metaverse through Roblox
According to a report by Reuters, Paris Hilton plans to perform her electronic set virtually on a custom-made island on Roblox. The island features replicas of her Beverly Hills Estate, the famous dog mansion, and several other things to excite the players.
The island will be a true destination for all the virtual tourists as it features some exciting spots users can discover. Users can walk around on a boardwalk that is based on the neon carnival wedding celebration hosted by Paris and her husband at Santa Monica Pier in California.
Players can use virtual payments at Paris World to purchase some fashionable clothes or book a ride on a jet-ski.
Speaking to Reuters, Paris Hilton says, “For me, the metaverse is somewhere that you can do everything you can do in real life in the digital world.” She further adds, “Not everybody gets to experience that, so that’s what we’ve been working together on over the past year — giving them all my inspirations of what I want in that world.”
Paris Hilton is not the only celebrity to indulge in the world of the metaverse. Stars like Marshmello, Travis Scott, and Ariana Grande have all ventured into this field and have performed virtual live concerts in Epic’s Battle Royale game Fortnite.
Nevertheless, Roblox and Paris Hilton have definitely spiced up the new year celebrations for gamers.
