“Pay More to Get Less”: Gaming Community Outraged by Sony’s November PlayStation Plus Selection

The state of PlayStation Plus is not very good nowadays. Ever since Sony decided to first introduce a tier system to this service, a lot of fans haven’t stopped complaining about the hiked prices. In fact, many have been left wondering what steps will be introduced by the company to justify these actions. Till now, no such actions, per fans have been put forth. However, the recent November update appeared to be promising.

Alas! Those dreams have been shattered. The e-sports fans took to the social media platform to express their annoyance over the November game collection of the PlayStation Plus. To them, if having a better game collection was a way of justifying the increased pricing, that doesn’t appear the case anymore. With that, let us first take a look at the games unveiled!

Recently, the latest crop of PlayStation Plus titles was unveiled by Sony. These games would be available to download and enjoy by PlayStation Plus subscribers at a later date. While this list does not contain any huge titles, they are still decent enough that one can enjoy them for a while, given that they haven’t already played them.

The remaster of the original story-driven open-world game What this game lacks in open-world activities is a very detailed and well-written storyline. If you love excellent video games with excellent and intriguing stories to tell, this is the one you should try.

This might be the game that fans everywhere would agree is completely bonkers fun. Play in teams to survive hordes of enemies wave after wave. While this might not sound like much, it is still a very fun game to try for all the Alien fans out there!

This list of games is decent enough for some to enjoy, but not everyone shares this thought.

Many fans are not happy about these games.

Following the reveal of these titles, a bunch of Sony and PlayStation Plus fans have decided to let their disappointment run free over Reddit.

A user by the name of lulzash reflected on the disappointment brought forth by these games. This led the user to conclude that they will have to reign in their expectations from next month onward.

However, the sentiment of unhappiness with the released lingered. Ultradares simply called the service a “Pay more to get less” deal.

Overall, it looks like Sony needs to do better by their fans quick, as they are really losing their fans due to the subpar selection of PS plus games. Many fans highly believe they need to up their game, just like they upped the pricing.
