I try to use my phone, try using the app to time my reps, but it’s dangerous to be on your phone, while you are working out because you are just… it’s always a ‘Oh, oh a notification,’ start talking to the people. It still happens, but it’s better not to touch your phone during your workout. So that’s why I like to have my watch. It’s really, really helpful to have that, it’s the sole reason I have this watch, it’s just for that, so I don’t touch my phone during my workout.”
