This way, he gives the fan a sense of achievement in successfully completing the challenge. But once MrBeast gave his participants a challenge so hard, it was an emotional thing to achieve for many.

MrBeast once asked strangers to quit their job for money

In a video titled Offering People $100,000 To Quit Their Job, MrBeast did exactly what the title suggested. He started this challenge by going to the cash counter of a restaurant and asking the cashier a question. “I’m curious if you would quit your job for $100,000,” he inquired. This surprising question was first rejected by the cashier, who gave the reason that her boss won’t be happy.

MrBeast was not ready to accept defeat and gave her a counteroffer. He asked her boss, “Would you be mad if she quit?” After getting the green light from her boss, she quit her job at the moment. And like the benevolent person MrBeast is, he offered her the money right outside in cash.

Looking at her thankful reaction, MrBeast went to attempt it again at Walmart, but this time got an emotional reaction from the employee.

Walmart employee gets emotional when offered money to quit

MrBeast went up to two Walmart employees and asked who has seen his channel. When one of them gave him confirmation, he offered her $10,000 in cash to quit her job. She also at first declined this offer. But learning from experience, MrBeast reiterated the terms. “You don’t actually have to quit your job,” he said. “Do you want ten grand though?” This offer was convenient for the employee who willingly accepted the offer.

But MrBeast did not know he had inadvertently helped her a lot. The employee’s grandma had stage four cancer and this gift from him was a helpful contribution to her treatment. She had an emotional response to the money and said, “It’s just God’s way of working things out. This is such a blessing.”
