PlayStation has finally lifted the curtain on the upcoming game, Hogwarts Legacy. It has officially revealed a ‘State of Play’ for later this week focusing on the anticipated Warner Bros. title.

Fortunately, all the hardcore Harry Potter fans can now rejoice after acknowledging this massive news.

Hogwarts Legacy State of Play is on March 17

According to the official tweet from PlayStation’s account, Thursday’s State of Play will be centered around the Portkey Games project.

Everyone will be able to witness exclusive gameplay straight from the Hogwarts Legacy title. The event will take place on March 17 at 2 PM PT, 5 PM ET, and 10 PM CET. The show will go on for 20 minutes. This implies that there could be lots of new details that could be revealed during the event.

What’s interesting to note is that out of 20 minutes, 14 minutes will be devoted to showcasing the breathtaking gameplay offered by Hogwarts Legacy on the PlayStation 5 console.

The State of Play will end with some key information coming from Avalanche’s team of developers. They will provide more information about what players can expect from the open world of Wizards from the school of Witchcraft.

As is already known, Hogwarts Legacy is published by Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment, under its Portkey Games banner. Just recently, WB announced an official release date for its another offering, the DC superhero title, Gotham Knights. And now, with the State of Play reveal for Hogwarts Legacy, things just got interesting!

The trailer for the awaited game, so far, has already amassed over 28 million views on PlayStation’s channel on YouTube.

The game is set to arrive later in 2022 for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X and S, Xbox One, and PC.
