The popular game Pokémon Unite will go under major maintenance for a significant time, which might be not pleasing news for some fans. On December 8th, 2021, the official Twitter handle of the Pokémon Unite made this announcement. The devs announced that the game will go under maintenance on the same day itself from 1 PM to 11 PM.

Moreover, fans won’t be able to play the game while it’s under maintenance. As expected, it’s a bit of disappointing news for all the Pokémon Unite fans. The real reason behind the fan’s disappointment is the maintenance time.

Maintenances in video games are very normal and indeed an important part of any video game. But usually, any video game maintenance lasts for a few hours or max to max 4-5 hours. But it doesn’t last for more than this. So, in the case of Pokémon Unite, the maintenance will last for 10 hours (1 PM to 11 PM) which is way too long for any maintenance.

Here’s what they say’s about it, “Attention, Trainers! #PokemonUNITE will be in maintenance on December 8 from 1:00PM to 11:00PM PT. During this time, the game will not be playable while we make adjustments. We appreciate your patience and understanding!”
