Now, the team’s content creator, Brodin Plett, posted a tweet to support his team as they had conquered an important milestone. Interestingly, their ‘OfflineTV survives camping challenge’ video ranked higher than some regular trending channels on YouTube.

OfflineTV gets one step closer to success as its video ranks higher than BTS!

On June 12, the OfflineTV director and & creator of content, Brodin Plett, tweeted about his team‘s success. In his post, he said, “We dethroned BTS for #1 on YouTube trending.”

For those uninitiated, BTS is a Korean band known for its music. Their sold-out shows and constant love from fans prove that the boys have tasted success multiple times. In fact, they have always ruled over YouTube’s trending section with their mind-blowing songs. But now, it looks like a team from Los Angeles has dethroned them from their title. This was a crucial milestone for OfflineTV, as they had been relentlessly working for the past five years. 

Even though OfflineTV’s views were nowhere near to what BTS bagged, they were happy only because their video ranked higher than the Korean band.

If we dive deep into detail, OfflineTV got 1M views as compared to BTS, which received 67M.

OfflineTV was established in 2017 by Scarra, Chris Chan, Based Yoona, and Pokimane. But, as years passed by, they added more members to their prestigious clans like Michael Reeves and the former League of legends pro Lilypichu. Their official YouTube channel is almost close to crossing 3 million subscribers, as they are currently running at 2.96. Apart from working as a team, two of their members, Lilypichu and Pokimane, top the list of most-watched female streamers in the world.
