Popular YouTuber Reveals Cash Prize for Modders Who Can do THIS in Zelda

The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild has been out for some time now. Originally released in 2017, the game was quite popular. Players praised the game for its exploration and adventure elements. Adding to the party, players can enjoy mods as well.

However, players and fans have felt the addition of a multiplayer mode would be nice. And popular YouTuber PointCrow‘ is offering modders, who manage to introduce the mode to the game, a lot of money: $10,000.

Much needed mod in The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild

Players can only imagine how much more fun the title could be if they had an option to play the game with their friends. Charting previously uncharted locations, combatting enemy NPCs, and exploring, in general, would be much more amazing with the presence of friends.

It seems that the desire for a multiplayer feature has caught the attention of big YouTubers as well. PointCrow took to his official Twitter handle to call for modders who could make the dream of a million fans a reality.

He is offering the modders a “small” reward as well. The reward is $10,000. A Google doc was attached to the post, which contained some of the rules and conditions that needed to be fulfilled.

A lot of people might think that $10,000 is an outrageous amount for a mere mod. However, modding is not very easy. It can be a frustrating, grueling, and very annoying process. The profits modders reap is the love of the community whose gameplay experience is being made better.

Some of the rules that were mentioned by the YouTuber were that the game needs to have 4 player support, there should not be a compromise in moving around the map, and it should support a minimum of 28fps.

There has not been any official reaction from Nintendo. There is no saying how Nintendo will react.
