Sony’s recent State of Play was full of some of the best reveals for all the awaited titles in the future. The event also saw the official announcement trailer for Resident Evil 4 Remake.
Resident Evil 4 is going to be a new addition in the remakes of the classics released by Capcom in the last four years. Previously, the developer and publisher brought the likes of RE 2 and RE 3 for the present generation of consoles.

Instagram model Ella Freya confirms to be the face of Ashley Graham in Resident Evil 4 Remake
During the State of Play, Capcom dropped the exclusive reveal trailer for the remake of the classic 4th installment in the series. When it was officially unveiled during the event, the clip looked quite impressive to say the least.
As expected, the announcement trailer featured Lyon Kennedy, who’s in search for Ashley Graham, the daughter of the US President.
In one of the sequences, however, the clip also showed the character of Ashley, with Lyon holding her photo in his hand. As soon as the State of Play wrapped up, the actress playing the role of Ashley herself confirmed her involvement in Resident Evil 4 Remake.
Ella Freya, a popular Dutch Instagram model, will portray the iconic Ashley from the older, fourth entry in the franchise.
The news was confirmed by the model herself on Twitter, mentioning that she’s glad to be a part of the Resident Evil family.

As soon as she confirmed her appearance in the remake, fans began showering praises. Most of them were happy and excited to know that she was playing the part of Ashley. Many of the users congratulated her and welcomed her into the Resident Evil family.

Resident Evil 4 Remake will make its debut next year on March 24, 2023. It will be available for the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam. Furthermore, it will support VR as well.
