This final match is also going to be a clash between two world-famous players, Lionel Messi and Kylian Mbappe. But these two rivals have some similarities, as both play for the French club- Paris Saint Germain (PSG). But these two soccer stars have one more thing in common between them.

Messi and Mbappe both have been the cover stars for the famous soccer video game series FIFA. The Frenchman has been on the cover for the last two games, FIFA 22 and 23. Aside from featuring on the cover, Mbappe is also a fan of the game. But he quit playing the game’s FUT Champions mode since FIFA 22.

Kylian Mbappe doesn’t like playing FIFA 22 FUT Ultimate Mode

FIFA always offered both single player and multiplayer modes. The latter has been the more successful one, as it’s also huge in the eSports community. The Ultimate Team is the multiplayer mode of the game and it featured many sub-modes like Division Rivals, Squad Battles, and FUT Champions.

Kylian Mbappe was once featured in a video on Gotaga TV. In that video, Mbappe talked about his love for FIFA games and especially likes the Ultimate Team. However, he quit playing the FUT Champions mode. He shared the reason, “I stopped playing FUT Champions because it affects my mind.”

The FUT Champions is considered the hardest mode in FIFA Ultimate Team because of the tough competition. Even Mbappe got frustrated with the competitive nature of this mode. Further, this mode received a change with FIFA 22 to introduce balance, but it wasn’t much successful.

Since FIFA 22, the players need to accumulate a certain amount of points to enter the FUT Champions Play-Offs. Previously, the players had to win certain numbers to game to enter this mode. However, there are advantages to playing in this mode, as players get to win in-game coins and exciting player cards.
