With Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 3 dropped, fans have been bestowed with tons of new materials to explore. However, many fans have taken to social media to highlight how they would love one of their favorite characters to be re-introduced in the game: Agent Jones.

While the story narrative of the popular game by Epic Game isn’t the most talked about on the Internet, fans cannot help but be optimistic about experiencing the world with their favorite Reality Zero protagonist. A recent Tweet got fans reminiscing, grunting that ever since Jones was left out by the devs, the storyline has lost that interesting spark about it.

Ever since the “protagonistic faction” called The Seven was introduced in Fortnite: Battle Royale, fans had taken a nose-dive into the deep lore of the Omniverse. The struggle over Reality Zero between The Seven and the Imagined Order enthralled fans, who couldn’t stop exploring the world of Fortnite.

While the Imagined Order had been maintaining balance in the Omniverse since Season 2: Chapter 2, The Seven emerged at the end of Season 3, looking to destroy The Loop and liberate The Zero Point. Their saga of a war of truly epic proportions came to an abrupt ending, as in Season 1: Chapter 4, both adversaries were missing from Fortnite.

While this sudden demise of a gripping storyline had dampened the fans’ mood, it was probably worse when Agent Jones went into hiding following Season 6: Chapter 2.

Will Agent Stones find his way back to Fortnite Island?

Epic Games made the Agent Jones outfit available for all players in Fortnite with the very same update release, but turmoils across the Omniverse forced him to bide his time away from gazing eyes. Jones had to be looped in order to save Reality Zero during the Zero Crisis, which also made him betray the Imagined Order.

Despite the Agent Jones skin being available to players freely, long-time fans were pretty heartbroken to see one of their favorite Fortnite protagonists missing from Season 4 still. Since Jones went missing, fans have been consistent in their demands to get to know more about what happened to the OG protagonist, who in many ways was the successor to The Seven.

As the Season 3 of Chapter 4 dropped on June 9, fans once again were disappointed that developers Epic Games did not provide more knowledge on what happened to Jones following the Zero Crisis. With so much fan hype around the possibility of ever seeing their favorite reality-saver back in the game, it is to be seen how Epic Games responds to fans’ demands.
