Looking at this, Activision put up a statement informing players about a new Rebirth playlist. They did it via a Twitter post on June 21; 24 hours before the next update. With its release, they wanted its users to have one last nostalgic moment on their favorite maps as Activision had plans to take them on a new adventure.

Call of Duty teases fans with a fresh and updated Rebirth map playlist for 24 hours!

As we all know, Activision announced season 4 for Vanguard and Warzone, starting from June 22. But, some fans complained about not getting enough time on their favorite Rebirth map. As a result, the franchise released a 24 hours exclusive event featuring a sole Rebirth playlist.

Raven Software made this announcement in the wake of the new season saying, ‘We’ve heard you want to end Season Three with our beloved Rebirth. We’re updating the Playlist to include all Rebirth Resurgence squad sizes – replacing Caldera Resurgence – until Season Four arrives at 9 AM PST on 6/22. This is NOW LIVE! We appreciate your continued feedback!’

How did fans react to the new Rebirth playlist?

Fans can play the exfiltration event in a trios format on Rebirth Island. According to the format, players will drop in, locate and grab a radio, and then be the last team holding the radio to exfiltrate from the island. Interestingly, it is not one of those modes that players will choose to play multiple times as it barely offers anything exciting. Although, it is a treat for story lovers as it focuses on Warzone’s narrative.

So now, let’s look at how players reacted to this massive update.
