In fact, this iconic title has achieved this position by surpassing the legendary Nintendo Tetris gaming title. According to recent reports, ever since its release, this gaming title has sold around a whopping 43 million units.

In fact, the total sales made by both the titles (Red Dead 1 and 2) are over 65 million units, which is just amazing, with Red Dead 1 bagging around 22 million units sold. Furthermore, for the past three years, Red Dead Redemption 2 has been the second best-selling title in the United States. The 2013 release, Grand Theft Auto V proudly holds the top position, which comes as a surprise to precisely no one.

Moreover, this also proves that Grand Theft Auto isn’t the only best-selling title that the developer Rockstar Games has ever made.

It’s been a while since the devs launched this popular sequel of the 2010 release Red Dead Redemption. And even to this date, fans enjoy playing it and this gaming title hasn’t lost its charm. As of now, the developer Rockstar Games and Take-Two Interactive have released no details related to this title’s achievement. But it’s likely that the devs will make some official announcements in the coming time.
