Vice City was the fourth installment in the GTA series, developed by Rockstar Games and released in 2002. It became a significant hit, and even over two decades later, it’s an absolute favorite. Further, the developers released a mobile version for Android and iOS in 2012 on the game’s tenth anniversary.
Fans loved to play Tommy Vercetti and build a criminal empire in the infamous Vice City. The game is an absolute nostalgic ride for many gamers, and being able to play it on their smartphones was a cherry on top.

Why was Grand Theft Auto Vice City delisted from Play Store?
Grand Theft Auto Vice City was a massive hit on PC, consoles, and as well as on mobile phones. However, Rockstar Games removed the classic for androids from Google Play Store. So, fans can no longer download this gem. But those who have it installed can still enjoy Vice City.

The question that everyone has in their minds is why devs removed this classic from the Play Store. So, the most likely answer is that Rockstar Games is planning to port the Grand Theft Auto: Trilogy – Definitive Edition to mobile phones.

The GTA Trilogy is the remake of three classics: GTA III, Vice City, and San Andreas. The remake tells the same story as the original three games but with enhanced graphics. Further, if Rockstar Games plans to port this remake to the phone, they might soon delist GTA San Andreas from Play Store.
