Assassin’s Creed Codename Red to conclude the long-running RPG format

According to the hardcore fans of the franchise, the game has lost its charm over the years due to prioritizing large-scale bankability. The ‘OG’ Assassin’s Creed had the most classic RPG mechanics which the developers have tried to bring back in Mirage. If the rumors are to be believed, it seems like Ubisoft might have decided to cater to the fan demand.

The open-world experience was heavily criticized in most of the previous installments. Fans felt the open world rather felt empty. Although the RPG format has worked wonders for the franchise over the years, few gamers think it is high time the developers decide to move on.
