Rumor Hints a Crossover of Red Dead Redemption Actor With God of War

The sequel to the mega-successful franchise of God of War is long overdue. The switch from Greek to Norse mythology was a welcome change that expanded on the preexisting universe. Fans got to see a brand-new storyline with a new set of deities pitted against Kratos. The previous iteration ended with a massive cliff hangar teasing the arrival of Thunder God ‘Thor’ himself.

Now, rumors are doing rounds suggesting Red Dead Redemption’s lead, ‘Roger Clark‘ (Arthur Morgan), might take on the role of a deity in the GoW sequel.

It all came into being when the actor shared something on Instagram that pointed towards the sequel.

The actor shared a hiring call from the Santa Monica Studio, creators of the mega-successful franchise. It does not give away much from just that, and it only seems like a normal routine practice to help out other members of the industry.However, it could also mean that the two are closely working together on something big.

Roger Clark has already proven himself to be a phenomenal actor with his incredible performance in Red Dead Redemption 2 (RDR2). He draped the boots of an outlaw gunman, Arthur Morgan, and earned himself much fanfare. The actor’s addition to the cast of the next God of War game will only make it better.

The community will definitely be hoping for this to be true given it regards his performance in the RDR2 as one of the best of modern times. However, this should be taken with a pinch of salt until either of the two parties makes a statement.
