Valkyrae slaps NymN for taking a dig at her at the Streamer Awards

On March 12, QTCinderella and Maya Higa hosted the highly successful Streamer Awards. The first iteration of the event saw a whopping 400,000 concurrent viewers tuning in to see their favorite creators gathered under one roof. It was a night filled with excitement and suspense. But it didn’t fail to deliver some hilarious moments that are sure to be clipped and replayed over and over.

One such moment is when NymN grilled Fuslie and the Valkyrae over viral instances from their past. The video showcases NymN interacting with Sykkuno before he turns to Rae and compliments her on her skin. However, this isn’t a wholesome comment from one friend to another, as NymN adds:

For the uninitiated, NymN is alluding to Valkyrae’s RFLCT controversy. It was a new skincare line supported by the 100 Thieves co-owner, specializing in preventing blue-light pollution. Aimed at the gaming crowd, this venture soon landed in hot water as the murky science behind the products saw heavy opposition online. Furthermore, Valkyrae herself walked back to her support for the company soon after.

The sly dig prompted Rae to playfully slap NymN as everyone erupted in chuckles. But he wasn’t done, as he quickly turned to Fuslie and asked:
