Call of Duty Modern Warfare II is receiving a brand new season in the next few days. Following the reveal of endless rumors and leaks, the highly-anticipated update is finally going to make its way this month.

While the fans are eagerly looking forward to Season 4, most of them are not very much pleased with a few of the Operators it will feature. To be precise, there’s one specific character skin that has amassed a huge backlash lately. It was first unveiled during an official blog by the devs ahead of the new update. Since then, it has only attracted mostly negative feedback.

Call of Duty fans are not liking the alleged anime Operator in Season 4

For the unversed, Infinity Ward published a blog regarding the upcoming season. Alongside the details on maps, modes, and other exciting features, it also contained the intel for many playable characters who will make their appearances in Season 4.

Interestingly, there was also a female Operator known as Izzy, whose identity has been (REDACTED) for now. This means the mystery around this particular Operator will be solved later when the new update expands further. Speaking of the character herself, Izzy can be seen sporting white hair and a combination of pink and blue outfits.

It looks like, however, Izzy has made some of the Call of Duty players extremely annoyed. Especially those, who are not liking the way she looks overall when it comes to the design. A Reddit user known as PredatorTheAce, took to the social platform recently to express their frustration. “They literally added an anime character to the game”, read the title of their post.

Meanwhile, other fans also agreed with PredatorTheAce. They mentioned that anime cosmetics are not good to have in the game. Few others wrote in their reactions that the entire appearance of Izzy is unrealistic due to the design choice implemented for her. “Bruh what’s wrong with her face”, wrote a person who seemed to be in disbelief after looking at her image.
