Back in the day, gaming giants like Nintendo, Sega, Sony, and Microsoft were on a journey to break the code and rule over the markets. They were trying to build one sector, one that could skyrocket their sales. And well, each company found its magic, alluring a multi-million fanbase with time. However, as time passed, fans picked sides as they were happy to own the ‘exclusives’ in the markets. For instance, SEGA fans were all over Dreamcast, a console ahead of its time.

Apparently, the next-gen product stormed the markets until the early 2000s, becoming one of the most loved consoles. But with technology progressing, people forgot about the classics and moved on to better times. So, to jog your memory and take you on a trip down memory lane, we have someone featuring his lifetime collection of some of the classic console games.

SEGA fanatic shows off his entire Dreamcast collection enthralling fans

On March 4, 2023, Josh Fairhurst, an avid game collector, uploaded a post that lit gaming fans on Twitter. Interestingly, he flaunted his entire gaming collection, whilst talking about the struggles to grab each one of them. First, he featured a photo of his SEGA Dreamcast collection along with a caption, “My favorite console of all time is the SEGA Dreamcast. I bought my Dreamcast on 9/9/99, and since then, I’ve managed to collect every game released for the system worldwide.”

This grabbed the attention of thousands of fans, as they immediately dropped in to express their feelings. After all, the picture was worth a thousand words and emotions, and they were happy to experience each one of them. Here’s what they had to say.

Apart from this, Josh also added pictures showing his Atari Jaguar collection. “Here’s my complete Atari Jaguar set with lots of homebrew peppered in. I think the Jaguar had a lot of potentials, but it just never saw much success. I enjoyed collecting for it, though, because a lot of the official releases are easy to find and are not too expensive,” he said in the caption. And once again, he received a tremendous response.
