However, this Twitch vs Kick war has opinionated many streamers on their choice of platform. And the most-followed female streamer on Twitch, Pokimane, has come forward to comment on the streamers switching sides. But this, according to Amouranth, is nothing but Pokimane’s way to stay relevant in the ongoing drama.

Amouranth calls Pokimane smart for chiming in on the drama for personal gain

Recently, Pokimane stated she won’t be switching platforms for any amount of money offered. She said, “I am good as I am. Why would I compromise my morals and ethics for more money when I have money? Something about that is so cringe to me personally.” Fans concluded this reaction was a subtle poke at the recent deal between xQc and Kick. Another streamer who got a lucrative deal from Kick, Amouranth, recently reacted to her comment on stream and called it a smart move from her.

According to Amouranth, Pokimane said all those things to gain relevancy. She claimed, “I don’t think this is true. I think that the reason she mentioned him was that she was trying to farm clout and relevancy in an era where she doesn’t really have any at the moment.” Currently, Pokimane is focusing more on traveling, which has halted her continuous streams.

Amouranth further claimed Pokimane just involved herself in the drama for the sake of being a part of it. By being a part of the drama she would still constantly get views and continue travelling. This move from Pokimane, however, was considered a clever one by Amouranth. She stated, “It’s smart. I’m not trying to hate on her but that’s just the actual reason.”
