American YouTuber and musician IShowSpeed was overflowed with joy as he was promised a chance to meet his idol, Cristiano Ronaldo. The YouTuber promised to “do anything” to make his dream a reality and revealed how he would even leave his signature antics and vocabulary behind. 

Darren Watkins Jr, aka IShowSpeed, is an American gaming YouTuber, soccer athlete, hip-hop musician, and a variety live-streamer. He is known for his amazing personality and slapstick comedic sense. He has gained some notoriety in the community because of his skills and wacky antics. 

But if he wants to meet his idol, the soccer maestro Cristiano Ronaldo, he has to keep all of his wackiness away. And the young influencer has promised that he will do that if he gets the chance to meet Ronaldo at least once. 

Speed is also a soccer player. According to him, CR7 is his biggest inspiration for the sport. Once, Speedy made a full-fledged music video named “Ronaldo” for his idol. In the video, Speed expressed his heart and showed the world how much Ronaldo means to the Young YouTuber.   

Speedy to finally get a chance to meet his Idol Cristiano Ronaldo

Sports-focused Social Media Publisher SPORTbible in a recent interview with IShowSpeed presented him with the opportunity of meeting Cristiano Ronaldo. In the Interview, host Rio Ferdinand told Speed that he can arrange a meetup between the two, only if Speed agrees to be at his best behavior.

At first, Speed couldn’t believe what he was hearing. When Rio asked, “Do you want me to hook you up?” with Ronaldo. He kept on saying, “Don’t lie to me, come on bro.” The whole opportunity was so incredible for Speed that he told Ferdinand not to mess with his feelings. 

But Rio kept on insisting. He revealed that Speed already has been DM-ing him for this opportunity. So, he will finally proceed to contact speed offline and try to “make something happen” for him. 

A sheer expression of amazement was seen on Speed’s face after hearing this announcement. However, he was still unable to believe this fact. He still kept on saying, “Bro, don’t play with my heart”. He added that he “Loves that guy to death” and would “Do anything for him.” 

Ferdinand had a condition for the YouTuber for making his dream come true

While Ferdinand did say he would help Speed meet his idol, he did have a condition. He said he will only let Speed meet Ronaldo if he promises to maintain his manners. He explicitly said that Speed can’t do all hisstu ff in front of Ronaldo, like screaming and “Barking”, because none of that is “gonna go down well”.

Speed quickly agreed to the condition and said, “Okay. any rules, I am down with it. I Promise”. So, in the end, all Speed can do now is wait and see if Rio can keep true to his gigantic promise and do something magical for the young influencer and his fans.
