After acquiring Bungie, the studio behind Halo, Sony seems to be on a new trajectory with its plans to buy out companies like Rockstar Games, Square Enix, and Konami. This information was leaked from the documents of the FTC vs. Microsoft case. All of this was disclosed to the audience by a post on Twitter.

Although there is no official word from Sony on this, the post showed how Sony plans to enhance the PlayStation ecosystem by acquiring companies that excel in areas where the company’s presence may not be as strong.
