This is the sixteenth installment of the popular Final Fantasy franchise. Developed by Square Enix, this RPG action game is set in Valisthea. The game is set in a world torn between six powerful nations. Players take the journey of Clive Rosfield who is on a revenge path in search of dark Eikon Ifrit who destroyed his Kingdom.

The game is scheduled to release for PS5 on 22 June 2023.

6) Spiderman 2

The game is brought by Insomniac games, who also brought the other 2 PlayStation exclusive spiderman games. This new game follows the narrative of its predecessors. That is, Miles Morales and Peter Parker will be back in this brand-new addition. The game is expected to release in the fall of 2023.

5) Street Fighter 6

Brought to us by the famous Capcom publishers, Street Fighter 6 will also come out this year. The game primarily has 3 modes called Fighting Ground, World Tour, and Battle Hub. The game will follow the mechanics of its predecessor and offers the option to compete with other players.

4) Resident Evil 4

No one can forget this masterpiece in the Resident Evil franchise. RE4 is one of the most popular games in the franchise and it is getting a remake now. Players control Leo who is on a quest to save Ashley. This over-the-shoulder survival shooter will be available from 24 March 2023.

3) Assassin’s Creed Mirage

This brand-new addition to the popular action-adventure franchise will be set in 9th Century Baghdad. The game is the successor to Assassin’s Creed Valhalla. It will follow the narrative of Basin Ibn Ishaq and his transition from a thief to an assassin in the brotherhood. The game is slated to release in 2023.

2) Horizon: Call of the Mountain

This first-person perspective action-adventure game takes us on a journey through the story of Ryas. His incredible journey and his encounters will form the crux of the game. Even Alloy, the face and main protagonist of the franchise is coming in this new edition. Call of the Mountain will be a PlayStation VR2 release. It will be available from February 22, 2023.

This is one of the most anticipated AAA titles of 2023. The intense and dynamic fluidity of the gameplay has hyped up the game to heights and fans expect this to be one of the biggest hits of 2023. The game is brought by Luminous Productions and Square Enix and will release on January 24, 2023.
