Sony’s State of Play Reveals Among Us to Debut on PlayStation 4 & 5

The highly expected PlayStation State of the Play stream has unveiled exciting news. The breakout indie title of 2020, Among Us, will finally make its way to PlayStation this year. InnerSloth studio used this platform as an opportune moment to break the news. The indie title has seen a rather unprecedented success that has made it one of the hottest commodities.
Now PlayStation owners will get a chance to tune into this social deduction game with their friends. The State of Play stream majorly revolved around Ratchet and Clank gameplay reveal.
The studio has also revealed that PS owners will also receive an added skin of Ratchet and Clank in the social deduction title.

Among Us developers also provided more updates
In a recent blog post, InnerSloth Studio’s executive, Victoria Tran, shared an update about the game. This studio is planning to release the title on the console at a later date in 2021. The game recently welcomed the highly expected map “Airship” that serves as the 4th region. This latest map has offered a new range of tasks, new gameplay mechanics that will certainly make the game fun.
This title is roughly based on a game that InnerSloth studio’s co-founder, Marcus, played in his childhood. The warm memory of the childhood game paved the way for its creation. The studio was aiming to offer an experience that will create memorable moments. Safe to say, the title has certainly lived up to the expectation.

The studio also acknowledged all the love and support the gaming community has shown over the year. The title crossing over to PlayStation is not the only thing that is being worked on, as the studio offered more updates.

The studio already revealed promising changes that will be added soon. The social deduction title will have its entire art style revamped, while the lobbies will see 15 players playing together in the upcoming update.
