Starfield is already the best-selling game on almost every platform. Bethesda’s most anticipated project of the year promises a unique experience. With over 1,000 planets to explore, players are likely to spend hundreds of hours traversing the vast spaces. The devs claim that all the planets will host diversified biomes and habitats. Many of the planets are likely to be inhabited while many others are uninhabited by humans. However, despite revealing quite a lot during the Xbox Showcase 2023, Bethesda hasn’t given away much information about our own solar system in Starfield.

However, community members have taken to Reddit to suggest that in-game Mars may have some form of vegetation despite Bethesda saying the planet not having any.

Ever since Bethesda announced Starfield last year, fans have waited patiently to experience its vast universe. At the 2023 Xbox Showcase, the developers gave away more details about the expansive open-world game. Fans went wild knowing that Starfield will contain 100 solar systems with over 1,000 planets. Bits and pieces about some of the planets were also disclosed. While fans already have some sort of ideas about what to expect from some of these planets, very little was told about our own solar system.

The veil of mystery around our home system has fans speculating wildly on what to expect. Bethesda also looks reluctant to give in more info about it and fans are coming up with all sorts of theories on what they are likely to stumble upon. However, minuscule details are scavenged from the cyber world by community members for others to ponder over. A recent post on the Reddit group r/Starfield seems to have given away major information that has the community perplexed with excitement.

Mars will have life or remnants of life?

One Reddit user draws attention to the details about Mars from Starfield. Bethesda had previously mentioned that Mars is likely not to have any vegetation. However, user ShriyanshPandey highlights that even though this is known, the information chart of Mars shows something a little different.

Even though there is no flora on Mars it says "primordial" not "none" ,which seems interesting, maybe we can find fossils on Mars.

Under the “flora” category for Mars, “Primordial” is the word that can be read. As per Bethesda’s previous claims, it should have been “None” instead. The tiny detail has fans guessing as to what kind of primitive vegetation we can expect on Mars. He also suggests that this may mean fossils being found on Mars while exploring Starfield. Other fans seem to think something small may be found on Mars.
