Chandler shares how he joined the MrBeast team

Chandler first met MrBeast while playing baseball at the college level. He was introduced to MrBeast by Tyler Conklin, another MrBeast team member, and mutual friend. Conklin called up Chandler and offered him a job with MrBeast when they were short-staffed. The interview process for Chandler was quick, and he was hired.
