This statement may be in relation to the recent hits he’s taken gambling online and we can’t help but be stunned at the sheer amount of money being talked about here. To lose this amount of money, and that too from gambling online, is something most of us can’t even comprehend.

Gambling: the persistent vice

Gambling has always been a dark yet inseparable aspect of human society. While gambling is something that’s been frowned upon forever, gamblers have continued with it nevertheless. Stopping gamblers from what they love is a difficult thing, as anyone who’s tried to do so will testify. Streamers have gained a lot of money from online gambling only for someone else to lose insane amounts from online betting.

xQc himself has lost over $800k thanks to a server error. The streamer was playing Pragmatic Play’s The Wild Machine during a stream and seemed to win over 800,000 dollars at one point. But his celebrations didn’t last long and all of his wins went down the drain as the website crashed. Playing Wanted: Dead or Alive, a slot-based roulette game, Trainwreckstv won close to a whopping $14 million.
