Why Kick became a sponsor for Everton

Sponsorship deals are a big part of soccer. Brands pay huge sums of money in order to place their logos on football jerseys. With millions of people all over the world watching a prominent Premier League club, these brands and their logos get a lot of valuable attention and credit by association.

Choosing to make their foray into soccer, Kick has decided to become the shirt sleeve sponsor for Everton. This means that Kick’s branding will be seen on the shirts of Everton players.

Some fans wondered why Kick chose Everton over other clubs. The answer has to do with Kick’s ownership. Kick’s main backers are co-founders of Stake, a gambling website. Stake is one of the leading sponsors for Everton. So, choosing Everton was a very easy choice for Kick. Moreover, Everton is also the only club in the league with Stake sponsorship.
