Being nominated for five categories for the Streamy Awards, MrBeast certainly gave a glimpse of what the night might be for his fans. 

As MrBeast moves closer to the YouTube throne of the number of subscribers on the platform, the hype around the channel only seems to grow. The Streamy Awards 2023 were expected to be a Mr. Beast-dominated night. Well, what isn’t these days? By the time of writing, the creator claimed two titles among the five nominations, including the prestigious ‘Creator of the Year 2023’. Although this isn’t what he might have wanted. 

Streamy Awards deny the MrBeast wish! 

The ongoing year of 2023 has been an exceptional run for the star YouTuber MrBeast. The latter has been in the headlines with all of his YouTube uploads. The golden run doesn’t seem to end soon as he bagged his fourth ‘Creator of the Year’ award. 

MrBeast has previously claimed the crown in 2020, 2021, and 2022. Although the creator is an obvious fan favorite every year, this time, the fight was tough. The nominees included other industry giants like Airrack, Alix Earle, Charli D’Amelio, Jay Shetty, JiDion, Logan Paul, Zack King, Ryan Trahan, and Mikayla Nogueira. And yet again, the YouTube King came out victorious.

After claiming the same title last year in 2022, MrBeast expressed a wish to not win the particular award again in the next year. He had tweeted, “I feel bad, we should let someone else win next year.” The wholesome tweet was intended as a motivation for other hardworking creators. The streamer wanted the jury to recognize and appreciate other entertainment geniuses in the business.

While there have been a lot of transitions in the format of content consumed by the audience and the names making it to the trending charts, MrBeast remains the only constant.
