Stunning Sonic the Hedgehog Set to Kick Off the New Year Officially Revealed

The all-time popular Sonic The Hedgehog is getting an official LEGO set, and fans can’t contain their excitement. Sonic, the iconic gaming character has a massive fan following. In 1991, the first-ever game of this series: Sonic The Hedgehog, was released by the developers. And ever since, its popularity has only surged and various iterations have followed.

One of the most recent was a 2020 Sonic the Hedgehog film which starred Jim Carrey. Now, the stunning Sonic LEGO set is ready to make its way into the hearts of fans on New Year’s day. It’s a joyous occasion for all Sonic and LEGO fans and an absolute must-have addition to their LEGO collections.

Originally, the plan for the set’s release was announced way back in February 2021, but only now will a tangible product be added to the market. The official name of the set sounds pretty cool, which goes by “the LEGO Sonic the Hedgehog Green Hill Zone set”. The LEGO set will feature over 1k pieces and is all set to release on 1st January 2022. Its timing makes this set the perfect New Year’s present.

  • 1125 pieces
  • 5 mini-figures of Sonic, The Phantom Ruby, Crabmeat, Dr. Eggman, and Moto Bug
  • 10 ring boxes
  • A technic lever (to ensure the characters spring about)

Undoubtedly, the upcoming LEGO set has a lot of interesting things to offer. In order to own it, fans will need to pay $69.99 and it’s going to be available on the official LEGO website from January 1st, 2022.
